Nga Iwi School kicked our Home-School Hui year off with a wonderful guest speaker, Pio Terei.  Pio had all of those in attendance hooked into his informative take on parenting.  He shared interesting and funny anecdotes on the life of a parent and the ways in we can best support our children growing up.  There was a solid turn out of parents for the evening, which began with an introduction of staff to our whanau and concluded with excellent door prizes and kai.  Keep an eye out for the next Hui which will take place early in Term 2!
